Sum of eccentricities (e1, e2) of iner (1) and first intermediate (2) races exceeds that of eccentricity (e3) of second intermediate race (3) and eccentricity (e4) between geometrical axes (O1, O4).
EFFECT: transfer or rotation from inner race to outer race at misaligned axes of said rings.
