FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed valve comprises body 10 with first connector 11 to allow connection with tube to be protected against excess pressure, and second outlet connector. Said connectors are intercommunicated via seat 14 aligned with said first connector 11 and opening 12a aligned with second connector 12. Said diaphragm element 20 is arranged inside body seat 13 to displace coaxially relative to first connector 11 from closed position to open position. Valve element 20 has lengthwise guide sleeve 30. Pressure cap 50 acts on valve element 20. Valve element 20 is pressed to seat 14 by spring 40 arranged between sleeve 30 and cap 50. Cap 50, 150 has lugs 56, 156 directed outward to extend in peripheral direction, but discontinuously, to be deformed elastically in radial direction. Said lug may be fitted inside appropriate circular seats 16, 119 of valve body 10 to lock cap 50 axially. Means 59, 156 extend radially outward from cap diametral surface to be jointed with seats 19, 119 to prevent turn of said cap relative to body 10. Cap 50 has ribs 58 extending axially in discontinuity zones of lugs 56 to interact with appropriate cam 65 of valve manual control handle 60.

EFFECT: reliable manual control valve.
