FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: tight pipeline penetration comprises a pipeline that consists of coaxially installed internal working and external protective pipes, compensators installed longitudinally within the internal pipe, and sealing units. Sealing units are arranged on sections of end jointing of protective and working pipes and are arranged in the form rings with helical thread on external surfaces welded to the external surface of protective pipes on their ends adjoining each other, and a bushing provided with internal helical thread with pins radially fixed on its external surface is screwed onto it. In the annular space along the perimetre of the working pipe there are support rollers placed with the possibility of their interaction with surfaces of working and protective pipes. Axes of adjacent rollers are connected to each other by traction rods. Flange connections of the working pipe are installed in the area of joint units of the protective pipe and symmetrically relative to them by arrangement of external edges of flanges between adjacent rings. Support rollers are placed near flange joints of adjacent working pipes. On the inner surface of protective pipes there are circular limiters fixed for axial displacement of support rollers.

EFFECT: reduction of costs related to assembly and operation of a pipeline, higher reliability of its operation.
