SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metalworking and is intended for processing the inner surfaces of the pipe and attached elements. The device contains a movable part, a flange adapter mounted on a gate valve with a gate. The movable part is installed in a flange adapter and contains a shaft with an abrasive wheel, a lower housing and an upper housing. The shaft is connected to the shaft of the hydraulic motor, and the outer and inner tubes located one into the other are fixed in the lower housing. The upper ends of the tubes are fixed in the upper housing, to which the base of the weighting materials is connected with the control handles. The entry point of the movable part into the flange adapter is sealed with a sealing ring located between the fixed lower flange and the movable upper flange, which is installed with the possibility of vertical movement and regulation of the compression ratio of the sealing ring.

EFFECT: invention provides processing of a welded seam located in any spatial position relative to the longitudinal axis of pipes of various diameters.
