SUBSTANCE: service request is received, said request being made through an SPS network, the Internet and a PSTN network; the request is analysed and data on said request are sent to the device of the service provider; devices of the service provider are determined in accordance with content of the request; mutual adaptation of formats used by the device of the service provider and formats which serve for delivering mobile services is performed. The requested services are then delivered to the user through an SPS, SS7 and the Internet. The disclosed system comprises, connected to the infrastructure of the SPS network and between themselves, a unit for receiving request on either an SMPP or MAP or ISUP protocol, and an aggregation unit for delivering services to users. The unit for receiving requests is connected to either the Internet or PSTN, and the aggregation unit is connected to the unit for receiving requests, devices of service providers and a service delivery module.
EFFECT: possibility of aggregating services of different service providers, who may create new services without special knowledge of mobile technologies, which simplifies launching new services.
