SUBSTANCE: method includes collection and transfer of information, establishment of a USSD session with a mobile device user, using safe communication channels and a complex equipped with a coupling unit, having a connection with a transaction system, additionally information is collected from information-containing components or networks of cellular mobile communication of GSM/UMTS standards, or LBS systems of cellular mobile communication operators of GSM/UMTS standards, or a GPS system, or positioning systems by Wi-Fi networks, or their combination, information is sent by sending an SMS message to a user at their mobile device in a transaction mode, via components of an OKS-7 network, the complex is equipped with an information unit, an SMS unit, a USSD unit, and the USSD session is established via components of the OKS-7 network with the mobile device user registered either in a home or visited network of cellular mobile communication of GSM/UMTS standard.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities for performing a distributed transaction due to the possibility to execute a transaction both with user participation or without them based in information about a mobile device.
