SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication, namely, to provision of additional services to mobile network subscribers. When a mobile operator constructs subscriber services, the analysis of information received from the mobile network operator's network, location of a subscriber, location of other subscribers, history of subscriber movements, history of incoming, outgoing calls and SMS of subscribers dialed by a subscriber of USSD-commands and commands of the IVR voice menu. At the same time, the Main Module accumulates, stores and analyzes information about the time of services provision to subscribers, their transfer and the history of completed calls. In addition, the main module contains algorithms for providing services to subscribers, rules for accounting services, rules for processing signal traffic and rules for managing subscriber services.
EFFECT: combination of operator platforms and formation of a single mechanism for building subscriber services by a mobile network operator, complementing each other and using information about subscribers, such as: the location of subscribers, history of subscriber movements, history of incoming and outgoing calls and SMS of subscribers, dialed USSD-commands, interactive IVR voice menu.
