SUBSTANCE: base station has apparatus configured to control frequency units; apparatus configured to determine scheduling information for each frequency unit in order to allocate one or more resource units to a communication terminal having good channel status; apparatus configured generate a control channel containing scheduling information for each frequency unit; and apparatus configured for frequency-division multiplexing of control channels in the system frequency band and transmission thereof. Also, the base station also transmits to the control channel with division into a non-specified control channel subject to decoding by a non-specified communication terminal, and a specified control channel subject to decoding by a communication terminal which was allocated one or more resource units.
EFFECT: high throughput of the system and reduced data loss.
