SUBSTANCE: method and device realising said method are based on using a curved channel for transporting particles, said channel being made from material capable of electrostatic charging, and forming on the inner surface of the wall of the channel a charge of the same polarity as the particle. These inventions are characterised by the need to observe conditions which link energy and charge of particles with geometric parameters of the channel, particularly the radius R of curvature of its longitudinal axis and electric strength of the material of the wall. The rest of the devices of the disclosed group include a device for changing the direction of the beam, which enables formation of a path of particles and focusing the beam in said devices.
EFFECT: possibility of turning a beam by large angles without loss of intensity and simple design, reduced weight and size of all devices.
