SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal husbandry and can be used for feeding animals such as cattle. The device (100) for feeding animals is functionally connected to the feeding window (110) of the premises (50) for animals. The device (100) includes a breathable first wall (104) and impermeable to air second wall (106). The first (104) and second (106) walls are installed in front of the feeding window (110) covering it. Walls (104, 106) can move away from the feeding window (110) opening it. The bottom edge of the first wall (104) is attached to the lid (108) for food. Food (200) is fed through the feeding window (110) to the premises (50) for animals. At the first wall (104) placed in front of the feeding window (110), the lid (108) is capable to close the part of feed-stuff (200).
EFFECT: improved zoohygienic conditions of animal maintenance and increase of ease of construction and operation of the cowshed.
