SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to a feeding system for poultry. The system includes a conveyor laid on the floor, configured to be adjusted by height, a group of feeding tray assemblies, each of said feeding tray assemblies is attached to the conveyor and is detachable, wherein said tray assemblies comprise a group of feeding compartments/holes, and a drive apparatus for putting the conveyor to motion. The drive apparatus has at least one main drive configured to put said conveyor to motion. Also comprises an intelligent feed hopper station (an IFH station) configured to refill a preset amount of feeding compartments/holes of said tray assemblies with an exact amount of feed corresponding to a reduced amount of poultry when each of said tray assemblies moves through said IFH station.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows for control of the distribution of food in each feed tray, accounting for the amount of feed per each individual feed supply hole and accounting for the amount of such individual feed supply holes.
