Longitudinal cut at the distance 2 cm from aponeurosis suture is made and flap of hernial sac is brought out through it with fixation on cut line by separate interrupted sutures. Peritoneum flap is sewn from one side of the nearest edge of mesh implant by additional sutures. Loose part of flap is used to cover entire mesh implant with its fixation on suture line by separate interrupted sutures.
