FIELD: life saving equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly medical respiratory filters used in anesthesia and artificial pulmonary ventilation systems. The filter comprises a body and a cover with coaxial ports for connection with respiratory tubes, and a filter insert. The body is connected with the cover along joint surfaces formed in the cover by two coaxial ring projections. One of the ring sockets comprises a formed side ring socket wherein the ring projection is inserted on a mounting cylindrical surface of the body. The height and width of the ring projection of the body exceeds those of the socket of the cover. The filter insert is clamped between an end surface of one of the ring projections of the cover and a ring platform formed on an internal surface of the body.
