FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of glaze mixtures for applying on ceramic facing tiles. The glaze mixture consists of the following in wt %: quartz sand 68-74; lead oxide 9-13; potash 7-9; cobalt oxide 0.5-1.5; alumina 0,5-1,5; zinc oxide 7-9. The glaze has melting temperature of 1450-1500°C. The glaze has frost resistance of not less than 30 cycles.
EFFECT: high frost-resistance of the glaze.
