FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method is realised by measuring intensity of spectral lines of analysed elements and several reference lines in standard samples with given quantitative content of all impurity elements, and plotting an optimum calibration curve with estimation of weight coefficients, where the correlation coefficient approaches one. A method is disclosed, which is characterised by the type of the calibration target function, pre-measurement of conditions for carrying out the experiment and requirements for parameters of spectral lines, constituting the internal standard.
EFFECT: high accuracy of spectral analysis of metals and alloys owing to elimination of time drift of calibration curves in conditions exposed to interfering factors for a long period of time.
