FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device in according with the first version contains mechanical mechanism of positioning, mechanism of control and connecting device. Mechanical mechanism of positioning is made with configuration which provides possibility of its connection with instrument outside patient's body and movement of instrument with respect to patient's body. Mechanical mechanism of positioning includes first unit of movement, connected to first element of support. First unit of movement is capable of movement in first direction. First element of support is made with possibility of performing rotation of instrument around first axis via turning point during movement of first unit of movement in first direction. Connecting device is connected in operating position with mechanism of control and mechanical mechanism of positioning. Mechanism of control is made with configuration which ensures movement of instrument by means of mechanism of positioning due to transmission of effort applied by person to mechanism of control by means of connecting device. First element of support has axis of rotation provided for provision of instrument rotation around its axis. Mechanical mechanism of positioning contains second unit of movement, second element of support and guiding element. Second unit of movement is installed on first unit of movement and is movable with respect to first unit of movement in second direction. Second element of support is provided for provision of instrument rotation around second axis via turning point during movement of second unit of movement in second direction. Guiding element is located at a distance from axis of rotation of first element of support. Guiding element during work is connected with second unit of movement for limitation of instrument rotation around second axis. In accordance with second version device contains mechanism of positioning, surgical instrument, mechanism of control and connecting device. Mechanism of positioning is connected with support construction. Mechanism of positioning and support construction are located outside patient's body. Surgical instrument is connected with mechanism of positioning and passes into patient's body. Mechanism of positioning is made with possibility of instrument movement with respect to patient's body. Mechanism of positioning includes first unit of movement, connected with first element of support, where first unit of movement is capable of movement in first direction and first element of support is provided for performing instrument rotation around first axis via turning point when first unit of movement moves in first direction. Connecting device is connected in working position with mechanism of control and mechanism of positioning. Mechanism of control is made with configuration which ensures movement of instrument with respect to patient's body by means of mechanism of positioning due to transmission of mechanical or hydraulic control signals by connecting device. First element of support has rotation axis which ensures instrument rotation around first axis. Mechanism of positioning contains second unit of movement, second element of support and guiding element. Second unit of movement is installed on first unit of movement and is movable relative to first unit of movement in second direction. Second element of support is provided for provision of instrument rotation around second axis via turning point during movement of second unit of movement in second direction. Guiding element is located at a distance from axis of rotation of first element of support. Guiding element during work is connected with second unit of movement for limitation of instrument rotation around second axis. Method includes fastening mechanism of positioning to support construction, mechanism of positioning and support construction being located outside patient's body; introduction of instrument into patient's body, instrument being connected to mechanism of positioning; and manipulation with mechanism of control, connected in working position with mechanism of positioning, manipulation with mechanism of control ensuring movement of instrument relative to patient's body by mechanism of positioning. Mechanism of positioning includes first unit of movement, connected to first element of support. First element of movement is capable of movement in first direction. First element of support is made with possibility of performing instrument rotation around first axis via turning point during movement of first unit of movement in first direction. First element of support has axis of rotation provided for provision of instrument rotation around first axis. Mechanical mechanism of positioning also includes: second unit of movement, which is installed on first unit of movement and is made movable with respect to first unit of movement in second direction; second element of support, which is provided for provision of instrument rotation around second axis via turning point during movement of second unit of movement in second direction; and guiding element, which is placed at a distance from axis of rotation of first element of support, guiding element during work is connected with second unit of movement for limitation of instrument rotation around second axis.
EFFECT: inventions ensure simplicity of adjustment and application, possibility of its control by user themselves and ensuring reliable holding of instrument.
