FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical-chemical conversions of fluids and may be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical processes for making suspensions composed of immiscible components. For this, tubular reactor bypass circulation circuit is used incorporating flow-through cavitation-acoustic device to exploit valve-controlled operating conditions whereat amount of product transferred by pump in circulation exceeds that of product extracted for further use.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of mixing power, good interaction of initial components.
