SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for neutralising acidic and alkaline wastes from water treatment plants and boiler departments of thermal power plants. The installation for neutralising acidic and alkaline aqueous runoff contains: pipelines 1, 2 for supplying alkaline and acidic wastes, at least one container 3 with reagent, neutraliser tank 4 with a circulation loop, pump 5 with suction 6 and pressure 7 lines, hydrodynamic cavitation reactor 8, jet aerator 9, suction line 10 of which is linked to the vapour-gaseous medium of the neutraliser tank 4.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and environmental safety of the method of neutralising acidic and alkaline aqueous runoff, design of a high-production, environmentally safe installation for neutralising acidic and alkaline aqueous runoff.
