FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to intensification of mass exchange processes exploiting sound as intensifying agent. Proposed method consists in affecting medium by sound source energy, said source being vibrated by media forced into apparatus and discharged therefrom. Forced medium flow rate and vibration amplitude is adjusted by bypass line with control valves. Proposed device comprises sound source made up of reed radiator to vibrate medium forced into apparatus and discharged therefrom, provided with resonator and dipped in sonicated medium.
EFFECT: intensified mass exchange, simple design.
