FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing and securing cords for sealing glass of motor vehicles. Sealing device contains cord and sealing intended for sealing window of vehicle. The sealing contains sealing "body", the first outer securing side which when used links on to securing cord, and the second inner side which is faced to vehicle part. The sealing contains inner engagement surface to engage with securing cord holding element. The sealing is deformable and is made capable to deform to accommodate holding element. The sealing contains accepting element to accommodate holding element, and covering part located between accepting element and outer securing side. Front part of holding element is made capable to cut or spike covering part of sealing so that holding element could pierce into accepting element.
EFFECT: simplification of design and device assembling, and improved sealing quality.
