FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Connecting sleeve for anchor rods of two opposed prostheses, preferably on elongated bone, such as femur, comprises a first receiving bushing for one of the prostheses of rods on one end of the connecting sleeve and a second receiving bushing for the second of the prostheses rods on the opposite end of the connecting sleeve, and a detachable one located between them, as well as jointing area made with possibility of connection with shift fixation and turning. Each of the receiving bushings on its side adjacent to the docking area has a corresponding fork, which form a pair of interacting forks. Each fork contains fork teeth and fork base. On the fork base the mating unit is located, which side surfaces are at such distance from each other, which corresponds to internal width of the fork. Side surfaces are formed for surface abutment to plug sides. There is at least one mounting screw extending across the fork.
EFFECT: invention provides for simplified manufacturing with simultaneous sufficient satisfaction of reliability requirements.
