FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for improved fixed connection device with eccentric clamp (54) having interacting double eccentric levers (48, 50) with outer (62) and internal (64) parts. When external eccentric levers (62) are open, and internal eccentric levers (64) remain closed, pluggable (58) and receiving (56) connection pipes of connecting device with eccentric clamp (54) are only slightly separated from each other, allowing the operator to quickly re-close the connecting device with eccentric clamp (54). Operator observes that the connecting device with eccentric clamp (54) still contains material under pressure. This is achieved by creation of larger eccentric projection (68) on external eccentric lever (62) and smaller eccentric projection (72) on fork-shaped inner eccentric lever (64) so that when smaller eccentric projection (72) is in closed position and protrudes into circular groove (86) on plug-in part (58), wherein plug-in (58) and receiving (56) branch pipes have small space (106) inside between them.

EFFECT: automatic fixing mechanism of lever (113) prevents eccentric levers (62, 64) from inadvertent opening.
