FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport vehicles for moving large-size products, in particular, radio-technical products. The cart is made as rectangular wheeled platform, stands installed vertically at platform corners. The platform has not less than eight mutually independent wheels mounted using swivel eccentric brackets with possibility to alternately lift each wheel over bottom of platform. When overcoming obstacles each wheel starting from front wheels is alternately lifted and lowered after obstacle has been overcome without touching the obstacle. When front and rear pair of wheels are lowered the platform horizontal position is provided by lifting or lowering individual wheels.
EFFECT: possibility is achieved to move large-size products over thresholds of door openings in rooms with floors of different heights while preserving horizontal position of cart platform.
