FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of chloric acid and can be used in chemical and electrochemical industry. Chloric acid is purified in a distillation column. A finely dispersed aerosol is additionally fed into the bottom part of the column into the stream of the purified chloric acid of an aqueous-azeotropic composition. The finely dispersed aerosol is obtained in advance from especially pure chloric acid via high-frequency ultrasonic treatment.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce aerosol fly ash.
