FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: characterised method provides one of standard methods for synthesis of an oligodeoxyribonucleotide sequence, introduction of a hexachlorofluoresceine-containing modifier, removal of protective groups by concentrated aqueous ammonia containing tert-butylamine in the volume relation of 2:1 to 5:1 at room temperature for 21-24 hours and recovery of an end product by one of standard methods.
EFFECT: method enables higher yield of hexachlorofluoresceine-marked oligonucleotides with the absence of acridine derivative impurities prepared in the samples regardless of the method of target oligomer recovery.
