FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing acylaminoalkyl derivatives of oligodeoxyribonucleotides (hereinafter "oligonucleotides") is developed, which is a preliminary synthesis of aminoalkyl derivatives of oligonucleotides with their subsequent processing with N-oxysuccinimide derivatives of fatty acids C16-C18, which leads to target acylaminoalkyl derivatives. These derivatives are capable, when placing to cell culture, placed in phosphate-saline buffer or in serum-free medium, to hang noncovalently on the outer surface of living cells without affecting viability of the latter in standard culture conditions, as well as capable to hybridyse with complementary segments of DNA in bound state.
EFFECT: simplification of work with cell cultures and reduction of time-consuming.
