FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: centre plate steel core is treated by phosphating composition before coat application. Contact moulding is used to apply epoxy paste layer composed of two components. First component consists of epoxy resin, active epoxy diluent, nontoxic aliphatic or aromatic hydroxyl acids whereto added are the mix of antifriction powder and fibrous fillers. Second component consists of nontoxic addition compound obtained in interaction aliphatic di- or polyamine with epoxy diane resin and nontoxic di- and or polyatomic alcohol. Both components, that is, resin part and hardening part, are prepared equal in volume and weight immediately before application and applied on centre plate steel core and hardened.
EFFECT: high-strength antifriction coat of centre plate.
