FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant includes the following components installed on a tower-a wind turbine with two coaxial multiblade windwheels with a horizontal axis and a rotary body with a power generator and a multiplicator. The multiplicator is connected with a shaft of the power generator and shafts of windwheels. Windwheels are equipped with a system to control angles of blades installation. Windwheels are installed at one side from the axis of body rotation on coaxial shafts and are arranged with a number of blades selected on the basis of the following condition: z1 z2>f/ωc, where z1 and z2 - number of blades on the first and second windwheels accordingly; f - safe frequency of infrasound, at least 10 Hz; ωc12 - relative frequency of wind turbine rotation, ω1 and ω2 - frequency of rotation of the first and second windwheel, rotations per second.

EFFECT: prevention of infrasound generation and higher evenness of power generation.
