FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: lubrication material is applied at both sides of a sheet blank. Edges of a sheet blank are pressed as capable of displacement when pressed in process of drawing. Drawing is carried out in one plane of a rectangular sheet blank of smaller length, so that its ends pull in during the process under the pressing plane, a curve of deformation force dependence on puncheon displacement is registered. Drawing is carried out in one plane of a sheet blank of larger length, so that its ends do not pull in process under the pressing plane. The curve of deformation force dependence on the puncheon travel is registered, when pressure under the smaller length blank pressing is equal to the pressure under the larger length blank pressing. Friction tension is determined between the blank and the tool, as well as the friction coefficient using the formula.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of the method due to determination of friction tension and friction coefficient during sheet stamping for various lubrication materials.
