FIELD: technological processes; metal processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to metal plastic working and may be used for estimate of technological lubricants in sheet-metal stamping. Substance of invention consists in determination of technological lubricant efficiency in sheet-metal stamping, by which the sheet billet is manufactured, lubricated from both sides with tested technological lubricant, then its edges are clamped with fixed clamping pressure, and central part of sheet billet is pulled in one plane in direction, which is perpendicular to the plane of sheet billet plane, curve of pulling pressure dependence on pulling depth is made, and value of deformation work is determined, by which efficiency of technological lubricant is determined, at that the sheet billet is manufactured of rectangular shape, thus simplifying the circuit of stressed-deformed in deformation of sheet billet, reducing the part of work deformation component and, accordingly, increasing the part of friction component of deformation work, with the possibility of displacement in sheet billet edges clamp in the process of pulling.

EFFECT: increase of technological lubricant materials efficiency determination accuracy.
