SUBSTANCE: portable technical support device for household electrical appliance has first data transmission means which can be operably connected to the household electrical appliance to enable communication, data processing means operably connected to said first transmission means, a user interface operably communicating with said data processing means, which have means of determining location and detecting faults in the household electrical appliance, which process information associated with parameters associated with operation of the household electrical appliance, and come in through the first transmission means.
EFFECT: cutting time needed to carry out work by technicians, preventing unnecessary replacement of non-faulty components of a household electrical appliance.
