SUBSTANCE: method of remote interaction with a product comprises the use of a program downloaded to the user's smartphone. The first wireless communication channel is established between the smartphone and the product processor. The second wireless communication channel is established via a global network between the smartphone and the service center responsible for repairing and maintaining the product. The second communication channel is used to transmit commands and information from the service center to the product processor via communication channels. Fault diagnostics of the product is carried out and the firmware for the product is updated. Communication channels enable the service center to identify the faulty component of the product based on product diagnostics. Applications for a replacement part are created by the service center on the basis of a faulty component. A system of equipment maintenance and a smartphone used as a communication link between the equipment and the service center are also proposed.
