FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedics. Device of external fixation of thoracolumbar spine contains on-back panel, shoulder and belt straps. On-back panel is made in form of controlled flexible assembly from separate segments and possesses ability to bend in different directions. Each segment is made with possibility of movable connection of the following segment and has through holes, made with possibility of passing stretcher through them.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce loading on thoracolumbar spine in perception of physical exertion; provides possibility of regulating/controlling degree and direction of fixing effort.
