FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: trainer is made of supporting members: humeral, cingular, knee, and talocrural; and groups of stretching flexible tie-rods: upper tie-rods coupling the humeral and cingular supporting members, middle tie-rods coupling the cingular and knee supporting members and lower tie-rods coupling the knee and talocrural supporting members. Inflatable, removable, flexible, neck, stretching jacket in the form of toroidal variable-section casing open in front part along sagittal plane is secured to hermal supporting member. Internal surface of casing corresponds to occipital-maxillary region of head and to suprahumeral region of torso. Neck jacket, when inflated, allows vertebras of neck region to take more comfortable position and muscles of neck region to relax subsequently. Neck jacket height in occipital part is not less than height from shoulders to occipital region of head. Flexible, inflatable, stretching, inclining pad is secured under cingular belt in back vertebral part for motion along belt. The pad is made in the form of flexible elements symmetrical in pairs and diverging up and down from central line of cingular belt. Lumbar-sacral region is stretched by flexible elements due to force of tension members (pad ends) and tightening force of belt. In this case, part of axial load is taken by flexible elements, and muscles secured to combs of vertebral bones are relaxed. EFFECT: improved operational qualities. 5 cl, 5 dwg
