FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic industries, namely to the method for extraction of shelf fungus. The method for extracting shelf fungus includes grinding the raw material, bringing it into contact with the solvent when the pressure is reduced and increased above the solution, in which the raw material is pre-pressed into pellets of 3-5 mm in diameter and no more than 8 mm long and the pellets are filled with cold extractant, which is water, in the mass ratio of shelf fungus: water 1: (3-5), the pellets are kept for 40-50 minutes in the extractant, being heated during this time to 60-70°C, then shelf fungus is extracted in the mode of alternating stages of infusion at atmospheric pressure for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 60-70°C, followed by a gradual decrease in pressure in the apparatus to 10-20 kPa for 4-6 minutes and exposure at constant reduced pressure for 5-7 minutes, with a total of 3-5 such cycles.
EFFECT: above method makes it possible to increase the yield of extractive substances.
