SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of solutions and mortars. Plant housing incorporates vibrator and is made up of torus with multistart screw surface furnished with screw grooves made inside of and outside of said housing at angle to its axis. Said grooves are shaped to polygonal various-shape pockets with four and more lateral sides. Note here that distance between straight crease lines equals the length of every element of polygon. Note also that inner and outer surfaces of said pockets feature different shape and sizes. Said housing is made up of sections each being made of circular strip sector coiled into ring with multifaceted surface to form rectangles with two parallel sides. Note that said sections are jointed by two free sides of said rectangles to make hollow case.
