FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Structural element has tube on its one end with inner thread extending in first direction of rotation for adjusting sleeve to be screwed therein. Adjusting sleeve has inner thread with direction of rotation opposite that of the first direction to receive pin screwed therein. Pin displacement is limited by licking element. Adjusting sleeve incorporates locking element to be penetrated by said pin. Locking element allows limiting axial displacement in groove made on pin outer working surface.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety.
