FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to onboard equipment and systems of spaceship, primarily, to spaceship correction system engines with naturally aspirated fuel tanks. Proposed method comprises measuring temperature inside fuel tanks and general pressure at tank outlet. During measurement sessions spaced apart in time, actual temperature and pressure are measured as average magnitudes between their maximum and minimum values. In case actual temperature departs from rated value exceeding error of temperature gages, current working gas weight is corrected using gas laws. This allows ruling out error in determining working gas residues during active life of spaceship.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
