FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: device includes bath, fixed anode, shaft, cross-piece with activating elements made in the form of rollers having the possibility of free rotation about the axis parallel to axis of treated cathode surface, and mechanism pressing the rollers to treated surface, which is made in the form of hinged parallelogram on movable elements of which rollers and replaceable loads are installed; links of parallelogram are provided with possibility of being moved through the position at which parallelogram is transformed to rectangle; besides, anode is made in the form of pieces or granules arranged in plastic perforated cylinder and connected to current lead through current-conducting sleeve installed in lower part of perforated cylinder; besides, perforated cylinder is arranged coaxially to treated surface, has coaxially passing tube for electrolyte circulation and is enclosed with replaceable plastic sleeve and cover plate with holes.

EFFECT: improving the quality of coatings and reducing the consumption of anodes.
