FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be used in the restoration of internal cylindrical surfaces of parts by off-bath electrolytic deposition. The device contains a lead cup with conical holes, upper and lower thrust bearings, nozzles, sealer, upper and lower housings installed one into the other, having the possibility of mutual telescopic movement during installation, connected to perpendicular branches on which spring-loaded upper and lower bends are installed for precise pressing of a roller anode covered with a felt tampon with an automatic valve system to the part, consisting of flat springs and cone valves and made with the possibility of local supply of electrolyte to the electrolysis zone.
EFFECT: invention increases the reliability of the galvanic process of restoring parts and makes it possible to obtain a high-quality wear-resistant coating due to roller anodes covered with felt tampons and an automatic valve system for local, metered, preventing overspending of the electrolyte supply to the electrolysis zone.
