SUBSTANCE: destination basic radio station of token passing is arranged as capable of setting a data transfer tunnel to send user plane data to the destination basic radio station of token passing only for that access channel, for which there is user plane data to be sent, when receiving a message from the source basic radio station of token passing on availability or unavailability of user plane data for each access channel to be sent, besides, the specified message is carried out using a message of token passing request for a mobile station and an access channel set between the source basic radio station of token passing and an upper level unit. At the same time the destination basic radio station is arranged as capable of sending data on parameters of the data sending tunnel to the source basic radio station.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility to rationally use resources as a mobile station performs token passing from the source basic radio station to the destination basic radio station.
