SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. Communication method for a single radio voice call continuity (SRVCC) mobile communication system, comprising a mobile station, a packet-switched system, a circuit switched system and an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS), comprising: changing route gateway for voice over IP (VoIP) signal in packet switched system to circuit switched route and VoIP signal in circuit switched system in host network of said mobile station in continuation of a communication between a mobile station and a partner of mobile station on communication based on presence in mobile station technical possibilities compatibility with SRVCC.

EFFECT: technical result is implementation of effective change of routes based on presence of mobile station from technical compatibility with SRVCC.
