SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. To this end, disclosed is a communication method for an SRVCC system comprising an MS, a packet switched system, a circuit switched system, a mobility management device (MME) and an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS), which includes sending a connection request message or a tracking zone update message to the MME by the mobile station, containing information indicating presence or absence of technical possibility of compatibility with SRVCC; mobile station transmitting handover from a packet switched system to a circuit switched system and continued implementation by a mobile communication station with a partner of a mobile communication station when the gateway changes the voice communication signal in a system with packet switching to circuits of the channel switching signal and a voice communication signal in a circuit-switched system in a residence network of said mobile station based on availability of technical capability of SRVCC compatibility with a mobile station.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of continuity of voice radio calling (SRVCC) in guest network, in which mobile station (MS) is located, when performing transition between first and second communication states.
