SUBSTANCE: method to distribute messages, in which: a session is created on the basis of the received first type of a session message, and an appropriate cluster unit is identified for the session; at the same time development of the session on the basis of the received first type of the session message includes the following: extraction of the first ID from the first type of session message, at the same time the first ID is a number of a terminal sending or receiving the first type of the session message; and creation of a session using the first ID as a descriptor, and session maintenance; extraction of the third ID from the first type of the session message, at the same time the third ID is an IP-address of a terminal that transmits or receives the first type of the message session, and creation of an appropriate relation between the IP-address and the terminal number; and when receiving the second type of the session message, the second ID is extracted from the second type of the session message, at the same time the second ID is the IP-address of the terminal that transmits or receives the second type of the session message; on the basis of the appropriate relation between the IP-address and the terminal number, a terminal number is sought for, which complies with the second ID.
