FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: by means of an example high-level protocols may be used to distribute additional carriers to UE devices in a wireless network. Additionally, additional carrier control may be achieved with the help of high-speed alarm protocols of a lower level. Control may result in activation/deactivation of additional carriers, instructing UE to generate a feedback to the carrier, to control a pilot signal or channels of such carrier control or similar. Since lower level alarm is relatively high, activation or deactivation of an additional carrier may be quickly realised in response to simultaneous variations in channel terms. Thus variations for signal quality or network load may be determined and used to set activation of a carrier in near real-time mode, providing for efficient distribution of resources, at the same time saving service life of a UE battery, which is a technical result.

EFFECT: invention provides for quick distribution of additional carriers in systems of wireless communication with multiple carriers is described in this description.
