FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting tools. Elongated cutting plate is fitted by elastic clamp in saw band. Said flat round band is provided with cutouts arranged along its circle. Cutting plate has end cutting edge arranged over its length, front surface with ledge, and surface adjoining, directly or indirectly, to support aforesaid elastic clamp. Said support surface has first pitch surface and second pitch surface abutting on the latter. Besides, said support surface has side surfaces arranged alongside of said first pitch surface and/or side surface sections converging toward cutting edge. Said cutting plate is built in saw band.
EFFECT: better clamping.
