SUBSTANCE: razor handle contains a handle case, a connector for attaching a cartridge to the handle with the possibility of rotation relatively to the handle case around the axis of rotation perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, an elastic tongue. The handle case passes along the longitudinal axis of the handle. The elastic tongue passes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the handle when it is in neutral position. The elastic tongue contains the first end and the second end. The first end of the elastic tongue is fixed to the handle case or is made as a whole with it. When the connector is rotated, the second end of the tongue is bent in the direction of the first extreme curved position of the connector or the second extreme curved position of the connector. The curved elastic tongue pushes the connector towards resting position. The connector contains the end of the cartridge and the end of the tongue opposite to the end of the cartridge. The end of the connector cartridge is adapted for interaction with the cartridge. The elastic tongue has a shape of an elastic sheet passing in a plane perpendicular to a plane of the connector. The invention also includes a razor.
