FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compaction equipment for paste materials and may be used in metallurgy, coal and cement industries. Proposed press comprises bed and two driven interacting rolls. Said rolls comprises support shaft and bearings. Every support shaft is provided, for example, with two sleeves. Said sleeves are composed of segments with shaping cells. Said segments are fastened on support shafts by clamping rings. Said clamping rings consist of segments. Every said segment embraces at least two segments of sleeves and is secured on appropriate support shaft. Adjacent sleeves of every support shaft are tightened together and to support shaft by shared clamping segments. Note here that segments of sleeves are provided with annular grooves to interact with annular ledges on support shafts and locked on appropriate shaft by keyed joint. Segments of clamping rings on one of the shafts feature larger diameter than that of sleeve segments. Note also that clamping ring segments make labyrinth seal with bearings.
EFFECT: simplified assembly/disassembly, decreased weight, higher reliability.
