FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building. The device contains resilient member built in immobile part of vehicle passenger compartment and fixed in compressed position by controlled catch; plate fixed at free end of resilient member and facing outside to passenger seat at the level of its back, and electromechanical control system. Possibility to release resilient member by control system upon command of driver and/or other responsible person and moving plate under resilient member force towards passenger seat and thus limiting mobility of the latter, as well as impulse impact and/or static squeezing action on him is provided. Additionally, device for non-lethal damage by electric current - "electric shocker" (E) is provided. Its working unsimilar damaging electrodes are installed on the face of plate being capable to contact with body of blocked passenger. E is actuated by driver or other responsible person. Damaging electrodes of E are made as spiky L-shaped hooks distributed over plate area and oriented towards each other. The E contains two pairs of unsimilar damaging electrodes distributed across the width and the height of plate. Device control system is made capable to output voltage on damaging electrodes when resilient member is released and plate is pulled out only.
EFFECT: improving technical and operational properties and enhancement of possibilities of vehicle passenger blocking device when he threatens to attack driver, due to possibility to hit blocked passenger with life-safe electric charge.
