FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: annealed zinc-plated steel plate includes steel plate, annealed zinc-plated layer and oxide film on Mn-P basis. Zn-Fe alloy phase in annealed zinc layer is determined with X-ray phase analysis method. Ratio of intensity of diffraction peak "Г" (2.59 Ǻ) corresponding to interplane distance d-2.59 Ǻ of "Г"-phase and intensity of diffraction peak δ1(2.13 Ǻ) corresponding to interplane distance d=2.13 Ǻ of δ1-phase is less than or equal to 0.1. Ratio of intensity of diffraction peak ζ(1.26 Ǻ) corresponding to interplane distance d=1.26 Ǻ of ζ-phase and intensity of diffraction peak δ1 (2.13 Ǻ) corresponding to interplane distance d=2.13 Ǻ of δ1-phase is more than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 0.4. Oxide film on Mn-P basis if formed at application of 5 to 100 mg/m2 of Mn and 3 to 500 mg/m2 of P to surface of annealed zinc layer.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining annealed zinc-plated steel plate having good weldability and ability to application of the coating.
